This suite offers private bathroom with large shower, king bed and sofa sleeper in the living space. Enjoy the evening by the electric fireplace, or outside in the shared deck or picnic area overlooking the river.

The River Rock Inn is located at the Riverview Vacations Resort in Bellevue Iowa. Access our private boat ramp and docks as well as beach area. All within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants and brewery.

Other Details to Note

Steps are required. Suite is on the 3rd floor of the Inn up a circular staircase. No smoking inside or on deck. No pets allowed in the building at any time, we offer pet friendly accommodations, please reach out for questions. Please note the beach may not be accessible during periods of high water. Our resort (Riverview Vacations) also offers tiny home cabins, RV rental and campground & Potters Mill Event Center.

This villa is part of the newly renovated River Rock Inn located at the Riverview RV Park & Resort in Bellevue. The inn provides 5 guest suites with shared lobby area including access to a large deck overlooking the river. Guests have access to all our resort amenities and river front with private beach and boat docks. Staff may be available periodically during the day, however there is no 24 hour staff or service. Each guest suite and villa has a door to the lobby with deadbolt and coded lock.

The Potters Mill Suite was perfect for our sister's stay. Close to the river walk and a place to sit in the early morning drinking coffee, watching the pelicans and the mist over the river.

Dan is a great host and extremely responsive. he has a beautiful set up, both in the river Rock Inn accommodations and the Tony House offering. everything was immaculate, if you are looking to spend some time in Bellevue, this is the place to stay.
