Enjoy a true riverfront experience in our Mississippi River Cabin located in the Riverview RV Park in Bellevue Iowa. View a morning sunrise over the river while having coffee on your private deck or relax indoors with a king bed, Fireplace, and jetted bath tub. The cabin has heat/air & WiFi with roku TV. There is also a private beach, boat docks & launch all for our guests. Fish from the riverbank & enjoy all the River has to offer! Close to hiking, skiing, casinos & shopping in Galena IL.

Good to know

*Available Year Round! The Cabin has two bedrooms with a king bed in the master, a sofa sleeper in the second bedroom and a memory foam futon in the living room. Queen air mattress also available. All linens are provided along with cookware and toiletries. Pets are allowed. Please notify us prior to your arrival if you plan to bring a pet. A one-time pet fee will apply. Short drive to the Galena Territories as well as the Dubuque National Mississippi River museum and aquarium, Field of Dreams, and Maquoketa Caves State Park.

Other Details to Note

Please note there are stairs to access the cabin. Firewood for your fire-pit can be purchased on site. There will be a one-time pet fee added to your stay if bringing a pet. In a case of a known flood event you will have the option to rebook for a later date up to two years out from your original reservation. There is no threat of flash flooding.

House rules

Guests must be 21 or older to rent the cabin. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No discharge of firearms or fireworks are allowed. No smoking in cabin or on cabin deck. Parking available for two vehicles or one vehicle and one boat. Please notify us if bringing a boat. Pets are allowed, please notify us prior to arrival as a one-time fee will apply. Please note there are steps to get to cabin. Park quiet hours are Midnight to 6am. Iowa fishing license required to fish in Iowa. Cabin is limited to 6 guests. Due to the large trees and proximity to the water no tents are allowed. We are on the main channel of the Mississippi River, Swimming is not advised due to strong currents and boat traffic.

Neighborhood

The property is within walking distance to down town Bellevue with shopping, restaurants and brewery. It is also along the City Riverfront Park with miles of walking/Bike trails and just below the Bellevue State Park and Butterfly Garden.

Guest access

Guests of the cabin have access to all the RV Park’s amenities including boat docks, boat launch, fish cleaning station, picnic areas and pavilion, riverbank for fishing, and children’s playground. We own the campground along the entire riverfront so be sure to explore and fish from any riverfront location. You can rent kayaks or fishing equipment from us as well.

No ATVs allows by cabin guests in the park. Parking is limited to two vehicles or one vehicle and one boat. Please notify us ahead of time if you are bringing a boat.
