Relax in this well appointed guest suite at the River Rock Inn in Bellevue Iowa. Enjoy a king bed and private bath with walk in shower. Relax in your own living room space with sofa and electric fireplace, including great views of the river. You will have access to a shared lobby, as well as a large deck overlooking the river. You will also enjoy access to our resort's private beach, boat launch & docks.

The River Rock Inn is located at the Riverview Vacations Resort in Bellevue Iowa. Access our private boat ramp and docks as well as beach area. All within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants and brewery.

Other Details to Note

Steps are required. Suite is on the 3rd floor of the Inn up a circular staircase. No smoking inside or on deck. No pets allowed in the building at any time, we offer pet friendly accommodations, please reach out for questions. Please note the beach may not be accessible during periods of high water. Our resort (Riverview Vacations) also offers tiny home cabins, RV rental and campground & Potters Mill Event Center.

This Suite is part of the newly renovated River Rock Inn located at the Riverview RV Park & Resort in Bellevue. The inn provides 5 guest suites with shared common area including access to a large deck overlooking the river. Guests have access to all our resort amenities and river front with private beach and boat docks. Staff may be available periodically during the day, however there is no 24 hour staff or service. Each guest suite and villa has a door to the common spaces with deadbolt and coded lock.

This place is exactly as described. Everything was perfect and the room was spacious. Our party of three couples had all 3 rooms on the top floor. We enjoyed the common area on that floor as well as the deck off of the second floor.

Dan was a great host! I was very impressed by how nice and clean the whole building inside was. Beautifully remodeled. Absolutely loved our room and enjoyed the private beach area. So peaceful and quiet, felt like we were the only ones there. Bellevue is a nice little town with beautiful views of the river. I highly suggest going to River Ridge Brewing, very good drinks and food with a fantastic patio area right by the river. Bellevue State Park had beautiful views too. I’ll definitely be back and book again with Dan!

Dan’s place was amazing. The walking distance to what we wanted was outstanding. The people in the town and in the area were extremely friendly. We will definitely be back. When I arrived, he was right there communicating with me not only in person but via text and available at a phones distance, should I need anything. I highly recommend !

Cute room in a unique old building. Everything has been refurbished and it's gorgeous. Huge room with king bed. Nice size bathroom. Everything you need to make your morning coffee. Microwave and mini fridge available for use. The place was sparkly clean! On the main road, but pretty quiet when we were there. Darling little river town. Walked down and checked out the lock and dam, then spent some time sitting outside at the River Ridge Brewery. Lovely place with good beer and food. Pack light, spiral staircase is tight, but manageable. Dan was a great communicator! Would def stay again!
